RECRUITING

We will assist our clients to finding the right and best candidates, and budgeting the salaries of employees who will be recruited. Our psychologist will conduct psychological tests, so that the selected candidates match what the client needs. We will also explain about the client company to prospective candidates, and if needed we can do background checks so that the quality of the candidates provided can be guaranteed.

TRAINING

We analyze the needs and development of employees both individually and in groups. Carry out interventions such as mentoring, workshops, outbound and seminars. We also carry out people development to increase soft skills such as leadership, public speaking, and Critical Thinking in order to achieve a productive and effective company.

ASSESSMENT

Assessment is useful for knowing progress and evaluating employee performance. We can carry out new role simulations, including a trial period to accept new workloads. Test employee candidate’s ability to solve problems, whether employees have the ability to understand the company’s services and products. We can also carry out psychometrics to assess the candidate’s suitability for the new position that will be held.
